Hello, I’m Ligia Galvao, a Bahia native who brought the vibrant essence of Brazil with her to the United States. In 2001, I arrived in Maryland in search of new opportunities for myself and my daughter. With a history of challenges and achievements, I started with a small cleaning business and soon discovered my passion for decorating and baking.
Founder of Lara Party Decoration and Lara Gourmet, I offer services that combine creativity, quality and love for what I do. With certifications in balloon decoration and an Associates degree in Culinary Arts, each event I produce is unique and designed to exceed expectations. Nothing makes me happier than seeing each client’s satisfied smile at the end of a perfect event.
